What is bad about this product - Nothing. It is best gadget in the world. It has so many live tv channels Chinese, Japanese, Korean, English. Streaming is great on my normal broadband. Also has recorded programs to watch - hundreds. Easy to set up, I received the product on sat and it is up and running on the same day. You do need wired set up to the modem. Wifi is poor. Brilliant product! small, no noise and works.
