I have to firstly admit to not buying my new LED Panasonic form Amazon, Richer Sounds were a tenner cheaper and they are 5 minutes drive away! On the other hand, Amazon beat all other retailers for this, the only Dongle you should use with the 2012 range of Pana TV's. I am a bargain hunter and although I could have got this from eBay for £10.00 less, it was being shipped form China and for peace of mind (and to avoid a 14 day delivery time) it wasn't worth it.
It is very robust and according to the instructions, you have to use the cradle and USB lead that comes with it - if you don't, depending on where your USB interface is located on your TV, it may (as it will on mine if I don't use the docking cradle), protrude out of the side of the TV - YUCK!.
Set up is a breeze and you will have to input your wireless password, just once. We have a BT hub and the TV is situated on the second floor of the house. The dongle picked up the signal within 30 seconds and 10 minutes later, we streamed an HD movie (Star Trek) via the dongle without any lag!
I highly recommend this to anyone who has bought or plans to buy a new Panasonic 2012 model.

The above cost just £25 on amazon, and actually gets a better signal than a dongle,the expert told me, and can be set up within 5mins. Curry's stores sell them for less than £30 too, so why pay the crazy prices Panasonic want. I had phoned a Panasonic main dealer for one, and was told they had been waiting over 5 weeks, and didn't expect any, due to them being discontinued, so do yourself a favour, you won't be disapointed.
Got this item earlier this week and have to say its well worth the money.
Got a bit frustrated setting it up as I didnt realise the password for the
wireless router was case sensitive. Now up & running and enjoying the benefits
of Netflix and all the other apps.
